Returns and Refunds
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us so we can assist you.
Items purchased in a physical store will need to be returned to a Flower Power store, within 14 (FOURTEEN) days, with a proof of purchase. Store-bought items cannot be returned by post.
You also have the right to cancel and return your orders done on flowerpowerbypacha.com within 14 (FOURTEEN) days.
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- The products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
- The identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal;
- The products are returned in their original packaging;
- The returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to cancel.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, the Vendor shall refund the entire price for the purchased products. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment type.
Items are your responsibility once delivered until the return reaches our warehouse.
- All items bought in FINAL SALE, SPECIAL PROMOTION or from 50% discount cannot be returned.
- Items cannot be returned after 14 (FOURTEEN) days of purchase date.
- Pacha.com is not responsible for shipping & handling costs on returned items.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded for packages that are refused by customers nor will Pacha.com be responsible for re-shipping refused packages.
- We are unable to process returns for any Pacha.com items purchased from an outside retailer.
- Upon the receipt of returned goods, Pacha.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
- Your return will be processed within 5 – 10 (FIVE TO TEN) business days of receipt of merchandise.
