Returns and Refunds
Please contact us to discuss any return item.
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment type. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we will provide you with a merchandise credit for the last known value of the item. We do not exchange items we only refund. Pacha.com will happily accept unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise, with tags attached, for a full refund within 15 days from purchase date if the following conditions have been complied with:
- All items bought in FINAL SALE, SPECIAL PROMOTION or from 50% discount cannot be returned.
- Items cannot be returned after 15 days of purchase date.
- Pacha.com is not responsible for shipping & handling costs on returned items.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded for packages that are refused by customers nor will Pacha.com be responsible for re-shipping refused packages.
- We are unable to process returns for any Pacha.com items purchased from an outside retailer.
- Upon the receipt of returned goods, Pacha.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
- Your return will be processed within 5 – 10 business days of receipt of merchandise.
